Experienced Working Mom Offering Childcare Advice
Our family has hosted 6 au pairs and several nannies over the years. Our children span the ages of 25 to 6 years old. Au Pair agencies aren't always upfront about the au pair experience, and au pair agency fees are non refundable ($10,000+) even if it's not your fault an au pair doesn't work out.
